Beer and Wine Tasting 2012: MENU SPOTLIGHT!


Last year our guests raved and raved about our food at the Beer and Wine Tasting 2011.  This year, we are partnering with Seasoned in Seattle for a second year in a row!  Read on for the amazing menu in store for Friday September 28th!

Passed Trays

Cilantro, lime and tequila marinated jumbo prawns

Mushroom Popovers - Fall mushrooms, cheddar cheese and puff pastry

Hors d'oeuvres Buffet

Mediterranean Spreads (Tzatziki, Hummus, Greek Olive Tapenade) with pita wedges and organic bread slices

Grilled Thai Chicken Satays with a tangy peanut dipping sauce

Tomato and fresh baby Mozzarella skewers served with balsamic dipping sauce

Grilled Salmon bites on cedar planks with citrus aioli
