"Fred has worked with our group and RTS for six years. This year he worked hard on repairing a large hole in the kitchen floor.  When he finally emerged, he looked for other ways to pitch in.  He is always willing to do the difficult and sometimes not so pleasant tasks with a positive attitude.  He has an enthusiastic spirit and is determined to complete his projects, staying until the end of the day."
