can-do positive attitude from the minute he stepped onto the project
site. He (and Greg Loreti) led the laborious task of deck demolition,
including removal of the concrete foundation piers. All the while Ulises
had a smile on his face. His amazing work ethic and skills shown on
our most difficult tasks made him an obvious choice for the project
